She specializes in supporting the advancement of pharmaceutical products from early development toward clinical evaluation, with experience across cell and gene therapies, biologics, and small molecules. Dr. Zhang has contributed to numerous FDA regulatory submissions and communications by providing nonclinical strategy, scientific review, and regulatory writing support. She applies a strong scientific background in neuroscience, pharmacology, and toxicology to evaluate nonclinical data, address development challenges, and support scientifically sound regulatory approaches.
