  • Formalized Analytical Chemistry Group as a core supporting group for compound characterization: ADME, DMPK, physicochemical characterization of drug substances (solubility, log P measurements, plasma protein binding, P450 inhibition) and product development (developed an intravenous service formulation for the treatment of congestive heart failure).
  • Effectively led several pharmaceutical projects through development stage. Developed analytical methods, which have been used for drug testing (for separation of small molecules and peptides) under the standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Developed parallel high throughput LC-MS preparative system for purification of combinatorial chemistry libraries.
  • Introduced high temperate (up to 200 C) and temperature programming in pressure and electrically driven chromatography (methods applied for separation of peptides).
